Green Cleaning Business is a product of Green Planet Cleaning Services LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a California limited liability company. We provide the Premium Cleaning Business Startup Kit, a client portal, and a custom website platform for cleaning business owners.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information. It applies to greencleaningbusiness.com, portal.greencleaningbusiness.com, and all related services.

Information you provide
When you purchase the Startup Kit or interact with our services, we may collect:
- Full name and email address
- Phone number
- Business name, service area, and business details submitted through the Onboarding Intake Form
- Messages sent through the client portal
- Files you upload to the portal (logos, brand assets, documents)
Payment information
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe handles this data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs

- Process your purchase and set up your client portal account
- Build and deliver your custom website during the Onboarding Period

- Service providers — Stripe (payments), WP Engine (hosting), Assembly (client portal), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising). These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services.

- Business transfer — if the Company is sold, merged, or acquired, your information may transfer to the successor entity. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you cancel your Platform Subscription, we retain your data for up to 90 days to facilitate any data export requests, after which it is deleted from our active systems. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Opt out of tracking and personalized advertising

Data security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including SSL encryption, daily backups, firewall protection, and malware scanning. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the client portal with 30 days' advance notice. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
